At Keigwin Guesthouse we have reviewed our breakfast menu and how we serve guests to keep social distancing measures in place. Four of our bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a dining table, so guests staying in these rooms get room service breakfast. The other three rooms then have plenty of space in the dining room. We have removed the Full English breakfast option, but have added a Continental breakfast and Pancakes with fruit and yogurt.
As a result of Covid precautions we no longer have the breakfast buffet but you can still have fresh fruit salad, a choice of cereals and obviously toast with marmalade, jam or honey.
As part of our Plastic Free Championship status we are always looking at ways to reduce our single use plastic use. As part of this Fran has started to make fruity biscotti for the rooms, instead of the individually packaged biscuits we used to provide. The biscotti are popped into reusable clip top glass jars.
